Simple to use
Leiki Focus for Marketing is easily integrated to existing portals or campaign management systems. The content database
and use history are read (usually via XML) and recommendations are returned in an easy format suitable to your system. The product can
be either installed at the customer's site or used in an ASP manner.
Four levels of content recommendations
Leiki Focus uses our unique ontology-based content and user profiling as a basis for recommendations. This method is
combined with social and rule based filtering to produce the most effective marketing messages. The targeting of the recommendations can
be previewed, followed and modified through an administration interface.
- Personal recommendation
All content items are automatically profiled with a very detailed ontology. User's profile is based
on the history of items the user has purchased. Leik Focus for Marketing can recommend the user those content items that best match the
user's personal interest profile.
- Social recommendation
Leiki Focus for Marketing can recommend the user those content items that best match the user's social
profile. This means that when a user buys a content item, the Leiki Focus will recommend the user content items that other similar users
have bought.
- Rule-based recommendation
Explicit rules can add "real-world" constraints to the statistical nature of personal and social
recommendations. Due to our ontology-based engines the rule framework is very flexible and a single rule can cover multiple cases.
- Cross-marketing
The content provider can select one or several content items to be advertised and write a free-text targeting
description of the users the advertisement will be sent to.
