Leiki Virtual Agent™ is an interactive service for entertainment functions and customer services. The Virtual Agent™ consists of automatic query answering software that understands natural language.

The user simply sends a question, or comments, in her own words from either the web, a smartphone interface, by SMS, or e-mail. The software analyses the message and chooses the best-match answer from a database of profiled answers.

At the heart of Leiki Virtual Agent™ is the Leiki Answer automatic answering engine, coupled with a pro-active personality. This results an interactive ‘agent’ for individuals looking for customer service support of information on film listings, fan clubs, etc. The service provider can independently update and adapt the character of the Virtual Agent™ through a user-friendly web administration interface.
