After getting a PhD in theoretical nuclear physics Petrus did a couple of years of postdoctoral research before founding Leiki and developing the core algorithms for Leiki Focus. In 2005 he was placed as a nominee for World Technology Award. Petrus enjoys meeting customers and discussing how to take their business forward. Roy McDonald, MBA, A.B. (Physics)
Head of Operations USA
With education from Stanford and Harvard Roy gained extensive experience building cutting edge technology-based products and became a highly successful and innovative CEO in technology and finance. He’s passionate about team building, product innovation, and market creation. Having built and sold successful businesses and product lines to Microsoft, Logitech, Sony, and Apple he has a strong track record of forming creative, collaborative and apolitical teams. After getting his degree Tomi worked as a researcher in artificial intelligence and information retrieval. He has been at Leiki for 6 years developing the IP with his team and passionately serving our customers. After years of partner dancing as a hobby he’s now also teaching it.

Noora is in charge of Leiki’s marketing and has key role in the office administration. She finished her degree in Sweden and started her marketing career in the world of fishing tackle in Ireland. In addition to making sure everything runs smoothly at Leiki and with our partners, Noora is also passionate about dance & travel, runs a popular blog combining those subjects and is an active member of the local Brazilian Zouk community.
